What Yoga Mamas and Yoga Mamas Teachers Are Saying
“I loved coming to your postnatal classes because of the environment you created. It was a safe space, especially as a first time mom, that I felt supported in being able to venture out of my house and learn how to be as a mom. I was able to do yoga, which I had love prior to motherhood, and connect with other moms. I loved how you fostered dialogue around a topic at the beginning of class and everyone went around and did their intros and we were able to have a little more meaningful conversation then just showing up to a yoga class and leaving. In the stages of motherhood it was one of the few, if not the only point in the day, where that type of conversation would happen. I also enjoyed the physical aspect of getting a working out in to help my body build strength after having a baby, especially with pelvic floor work and the chest opening work around helping to strengthening and stretch the body from holding a baby and feeding all day.”

“I loved your classes because you made it so personal for each one of us. You genuinely took the time to customize poses based on each individual need and special circumstance both while pregnant and post pardom. I specifically knew I wanted pre/post natal yoga because I wanted to be mindfully prepared for birth and physically strong for the journey during and after the birth. I genuinely attribute my consistent yoga practice with you on and off the mat to successful birth stories that were mindful, full of yoga and deep breathing. Without the whole package of practicing yoga prenatally I don’t know that’d I’d have the success I did staying present and focused calmly throughout. I look back and my two births and even one MC and have a vivid memory of peace, breathing, and my yoga practice taught through you that got me through. I’m so happy to be certified as well through you and share with others the beauty you taught me. Xo”

“Thank you so much for sharing all of your expertise with us and using such a different platform to do it. I know I was hesitant to join in for the online version, but I am so incredibly glad I did. I feel like I've gained a wealth of knowledge for my own birth experience as well as a whole new set of skills to offer future yoga students.
Please know how appreciative I am for all the time and patience it took to offer this course online.”
